Nice place and nice staff for take out

The food is very delicious here. Pizzas are more than big as you see in the pictures. Nduja Calabrese os my favorite. They also have homemade Italian lemonade Raspberry or Grapefruit flavor and it’s sooo refreshing. Besides the food and music everything else is a no! The waiters (male waiters) are so disrespectful even though my friend speaks German. And when I tried to complain about the service the waiter laughed and left. Since then I prefer to be served by women waitresses since they are really polite and respectful. Don’t forget bruschetta, and a good glass of wine!

Nice quality and nice price

Extremely loud inside. You have to shout if you want to talk to the other person sitting at the two person table. The Covid-19 measures are a joke. No distance between the people waiting to get inside. The restaurant was packed full of people. Plastic dividers between tables make sure that you can't spit on other people but that doesn't help against the aerosol and the concentration of germs in the air. You also have to walk very close to other people to get to your table. Airflow was also minimal. The servers were overworked and not very attentive. Food was good.

Pretty good pizza place I'd say. Pizzas are huge and taste well. Nice and thin crust. Prices are fair compared to other places considering the shear size of the pizza and not as expensive as the location might suggest (for reference, a margarita was 8€ 10/2020). Service could be a bit quicker but is always friendly. It is a bit loud which can be a annoying when the place is packed, which is often the case. Not my main spot but I usually end up here a couple of times a year.

Amazing Pizza in a beautiful building to reasonable prices

- The restaurant takes reservations without available tables. We had booked for 8.30 PM, we were accomodated at 9 PM. There was clearly no table reserved for us in advance. Inexcusable. - A lot of people who came in after us were taken to their tables before us without a reasonable explanation. - Pizza is mediocre and the rest of the menu way worse. - Music so loud we couldn't talk across the table

I think it is a popular place and it was very crawded. However foods are not so delicious as much as I expected.

Love this place

I've been several times in many Osteria Restaurants in Munich. The food is very good as usual but the service in this specific restaurant is horrible. Very unfriendly and at some point disrespectful. I totally recommend any other osteria restaurant.

Food used to be delicious once.. Ordered a Pollo Salad which was terribly preperad.. the lemonade felt like yellow coloured water! Only the location didn't change its attractiveness ;)

Parts meadow very unfriendly personnel Waited 15 minutes for drinks and was then approached because I asked how long it would take. Atmosphere in the whole place very nice but very long waiting times and as already mentioned partly unfriendly or aggressive staff : (

Really nice restaurant chain, obviously very popular since people were literally waiting in lines for a table. Pizza was huge, much bigger than the plate it was served on and delicious as well. Service was also very good.

We had a great dinner here but its super busy so booking is important if you want a decent table and not stand in line for ages. We first went for a drink and tried to book a table for the following evening for dinner but told to do it online. It was quick and easy to do. Food was great. I got crayfish pasta, delish. He got pizza, huge. Shared a salad and got to pick the dressing. Wine and beer were good. Staff friendly and constantly on the move. Very busy place, families, couples, groups and parties. Would highly recommend!!

Pizzeria chain, we saw people waiting for table at every branch. Service was nice and fast, the dough was original - very thin and crunchy, pizza was very big. I recommend this place, worth waiting in the line. Also they care about 2 meter range between the tables.

Impolite Staff - never again We were there yesterday at 23:00. The staff at the entrance told us to sit where ever we want. As most of the small tables were not cleaned up, we could only pick a table that still have used glasses on it. After a looooong while, we were still not served. We kept making eye-contact with the staffs, they started to clean up other tables, but not ours. So we waited with patient and kept trying to ask or the menu. After a really long time, a staff finally came to us, but what he said was out of our expectation "Ich ignoriere die Gäste, die am schmutzigen Tisch sitzen!" (I ignore the guests, who sit at dirty table). Then he left... That left us no other options - even though we are very tired and hungry after a 5 hours train ride - we simply needed to leave and find a better place to eat. It was my friend's first visit in Munich and I am ashamed that this became her first memory here...

Food was very good in terms of value for money, as well as the location which is very good, also the restaurant interioe, however the service management was terrible. You come, nobody there to seat you, we waited for over 15 mins until someone pointed us to go in instead of waiting by the designated table. The restaurant is understaffed, because the workers are nervous, running around... getting the drinks took forever, once Drinks were emptY, nobody asked to get new orders.... they really need to manage the people better.... otherwise i would be giving a 4, but the overall experience was not pleasant.

The food was amazing. The restaurant itself was beautiful. The service was some of the worst that I have had in a long time. She was annoyed that we were there, didn't bring chilli oil until I was almost done eating, forgot about our dessert, and then directly asked for a tip twice. Might go back for the food, but I'm not sure yet.

Very delicious food. We ordered a chicken BBQ pizza which was amazing, even though too spicy. Relaxing atmosphere, nice music and very friendly staff.

Very bad service. Waiting for the pizza more than 1 hour. During corona period the waiter is having his nose out from the mask... Very loud music that doesn’t let to eat in normal atmosphere.

Awful service. We were waiting for drinks for more than 20 min. The food is quite good but we won’t go there again and I would not recommend this place.

I am a regular here and I can definitely recommend this place anytime. I was here today and I can assure you that they are keeping enough distance between guests and among tables so you feel comfortable eating in our new normal environment post covid. This place is great if you want to enjoy a nice lunch or dinner with a big group of friends. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Pizzas are just delicious and huge. I can also highly recommend their salads. A very cozy vibe with some great ambience.

Food was OK. Service was German. As in the servers thought the last drink was beyond there ability to bring. Also the bill came after the server had a half hour brake. When she was done she informed the next table desert was not servible because they ordered too late. When in fact they had ordered long before her brake. Apparently she was not intrested in serving further customers... She was a princess with no interest in serving customers or getting tips... Just in complaining about us the customer that was paying her... Basically normal German service...

Great place in the city center but No Vegan Options. Service was late too . You'd expect more from a big restaurant such as L'Osteria

Fantastic atmosphere in great design... ant the bar upstairs.... definitely worth visiting when being in Munich.

Really good food, but not exceptional. The guys here are really nice. Its hard to find a parking, so it's better to come here by public transportation. The pizza are really huge and it's better for most of the people to share one for two persons. The prices are really ok too. It's a good place to spend some time with friends or familly for example.

Super delicious food. The BBQ chicken pizza is amazing! On Saturdays it is quite crowded but it is totally worth it to eat here.

I'd give it a 4 star, the pizza is good, the salads are good too, but the service was really bad, the waiter was very unfriendly! We were being really nice but somehow he was unwelcoming.

They have very good food and lots of beer. It’s a nice place for big group of people to gather. They have table for 20+ too. Ladies can have good get together. Please make sure u take the corner tables so you can hear most of them. Waiters are very friendly. It’s gets too busy in the evening and you have to wait longer for your order. Specially pizzas. It’s easily reachable with public transport as it’s on the main road. But finding a parking place for a car can be challenging
